What Is An Ezine?Email MagazinesEzine is a hybrid word. It is short for "email magazine"'. It is pronounced "EEE-zeen". It rhymes with "magazine". (If you are rhyming with "design", you are pronouncing it wrong.) Ezines are electronic newsletters sent out via email. Some ezines are commercial; they promote a business and work to keep the business in touch with their customers and prospects. Some ezines are advocacy ezines. They promote a particular social or political cause. And, other ezines are personal and just for fun. Some ezines include paid ads, others do not. Some promote a business product, others do not.
